Tip: Use one main color to make your Easter Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods. I used two and it was a bit harder to make them.
Melt CandyQuik according to package directions. If using one color, I would opt to use the tray that comes inside of the package. I made two different colors and divided the CandiQuik in half. Then I placed it inside of a mug and mircowave in increments so that you don't burn the chocolate.
Add a small amount of Wilton Gel food coloring to the CandyQuik vanilla chocolate. Stir and add more food coloring until you achieve the desired color.
Dip the pretzel rod into the CandyQuik dish and swirl. Use a spoon as needed to add the CandyQuik on the pretzel rod. Or dip the pretzel rod into a mug and tilt the mug slightly so that the CandyQuik is near the edge of the mug. Then swirl the pretzel rod in the CandyQuik until covered. Or you can dip and spoon the chocolate over the pretzel.
Add festive Easter themed sprinkles.
Place on parchment paper and allow the CandyQuik to dry. You can also refrigerate it or place it in the freezer for quick drying.
