Wash and dry strawberries.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power for 30-second intervals.
Add a small amount of Wilton Christmas red gel food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir.
Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden.
Place a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a Ziplock bag and microwave for 10 to 15-second intervals on 50% power.
Cut a small tip off the corner of the Ziplock bag.
Slowly drizzle the chocolate over your strawberries and allow the chocolate to fully harden before moving them.
Store in an airtight container and put them in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
