Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 jar Wilton Christmas Red Gel Food Coloring
  • 1 package Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package Fresh Stawberries

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry strawberries.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power for 30-second intervals.
  • Add a small amount of Wilton Christmas red gel food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir.
  • Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden.
  • Place a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a Ziplock bag and microwave for 10 to 15-second intervals on 50% power.
  • Cut a small tip off the corner of the Ziplock bag.
  • Slowly drizzle the chocolate over your strawberries and allow the chocolate to fully harden before moving them.
  • Store in an airtight container and put them in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
