Nutrition is so important for our overall health, even things we never think about. In my case, that would be my hair health but I have not been eating the best lately and the timing of this list is perfect because I have been having issues with hair falling out. I need to incorporate more of these foods.
I had heard of walnut and blueberries being good for hair but hadn’t heard of any of the rest!
I do love salmon and eggs and eat them often. I should try adding in more spinach to my diet.
