What do you have planned for Valentine’s day? Valentine’s day during the week makes it harder to sneak out on a date night so we usually opt to go before or after. I have always enjoyed a good dessert. However, we are watching our weight, and dessert has to be accounted for and worked into my daily calorie limits. Depending on my daily calorie intake, will depend if I indulge. These healthy Valentine’s day desserts can be worked into my daily calorie limits and allow us to enjoy our desserts without the guilt.
This year, I don’t want to have to pass up eating my Valentine’s day dessert. Pinterest is my favorite go-to place to search for healthy recipes, including these healthy Valentine’s day desserts.
