Do you have a Curious George fan in your house? Curious George was a hit in our house when the kids were little. With a picky eater in the house, finding a healthy snack for my child was often challenging. Making themed snacks for my kids was almost all a hit. Yesterday, I shared monkey lesson plans for preschoolers, and this monkey snack inspired Curious George is the perfect classroom treat at the end of the week.

Ingredients Needed our Fun Monkey Snack Inspired by Curious George

  • Nutella
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Blueberries¬†
  • Rice Cakes

How to Make this Fun Monkey Snack Inspired by Curious George

STEP 1: Take a rice cake and spread Nutella on top of it.

Step 2: Cut 1 slice of banana in half and place them on the sides for ears.

Step 3: Take another slice of banana and cut it in half. Then place it at the bottom of the rice cake for a mouth.

Step 4: Take two blueberries and place them on the rice cake as eyes.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!

Healthy snacks are a great way to sneak in added nutrition. My kids always liked it when I would make themed snacks for them to eat.
